stands for the Hotel Engineering / Facility Manager's Association of Toronto. We are a federally chartered organization, directly involved in maintenance, engineering, and facility management. We have supporting members who provide supply and services to the hospitality industry, such as fire protection/prevention, energy management, HVAC, electrical supplies and services, decorating supplies and services, construction services, elevating devices, furnishings, etc.
HEAT's mission is to foster a congenial and mutually beneficial relationship amongst the hospitality/facility engineers and managers, their associated service providers and the hospitality industry as a whole, through an equal partnership within the membership. We strive to achieve these objectives by providing regular educational meetings and social events, which include the exchanges and sharing of knowledge, ideas, and experiences, thereby providing a network for better communication, development and future growth within the industry.
To foster, develop and maintain continued provisions by its members of complete and courteous service to patrons and guests.
